Our story

Iron Mountain Highlands began in 2023 with the purchase of our first Highlands and 16 acres of land just north of Searcy, Arkansas. As our herd continues to grow, we remain committed to raising calm, gentle cattle that are comfortable around people—the kind you can walk up to and feed from your hand.

This is where we share life on the farm: new calves, quiet afternoons, and everything in between.

Our mini Highlands are a wonderful fit for hobby farms, homesteads, and families looking to begin a herd or thoughtfully add to an existing one.

The people behind the farm

Meet the Owners

Brad and Jordyn Isenberg are the family behind Iron Mountain Highlands. Brad grew up on a family farm in southern Arkansas with an agricultural legacy dating back to 1923. He later moved to Jonesboro for college, where he met Jordyn, a Searcy native.

After marrying, they returned to Searcy in 2022 and purchased 16 acres of farmland. They turned their shared love of farming and animals into Iron Mountain Highlands—a farm created to help other families experience both the responsibility and the joy of caring for animals and building a farm of their own.

Today, Brad and Jordyn continue growing their herd with the support of family and friends while sharing the everyday moments that make life on the farm so meaningful.
